Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates by courier. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times to be confirmed with the courier

Delivery fee

A flat fee of AED 25 applies. Delivery is free for orders over AED 500. Fees to be confirmed

Roasting and dispatch

Coffee is roasted in small batches and dispatched as soon as possible after roasting. Orders are packed with the roast date on the bag.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Returns

Because coffee is a perishable food, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened bags unless they are damaged, incorrect or not as described. Lawyer to confirm against UAE consumer protection rules

Gifts

If you send a gift, we do not include prices in the parcel.
